I was in the Hobby Lobby in Howell, NJ making a return. Every time an employee does a return, they have to call a manager.

The co-manager, Marjorie, took over FIFTEEN MINUTES after being paged THREE TIMES to come to the register. When she finally came into view, she was walking at an extremely leisurely pace, adjusting merchandise on shelves as she walked through the store. Absolutely ZERO sense of urgency or customer service. Then, when I made a comment about how long she took, SHE LAUGHED IN MY FACE.

She didn't say anything, nor did she apologize or give reason as to why I could have possibly taken her 15 minutes to walk a few yards from the seasonal section. She just kept giggling and mumbling to herself like I was the butt of some inside joke with her and her imaginary friend. After everything was said and done, she nearly chased me through the store because she didn't like my signature and made me resign the receipt.

I think it's funny that I have found another complaint about her on this website, but how on earth can such an incompetent woman work for what is supposed to be an excellent company? I will not be shopping here again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
