Very rude managers and employees

This is the store in Elgin Ill,the employees are rude they dont want to help the customers, then I asked a manager she was a TOTAL B , she had a attitude from *** its like its my fault that they dont have the item , she said to me ( I was in disbelief) I stood approximately 7 feet away from her and she told me you stop right there and she kept backing up like I had the plague or something Im like Im almost in the middle of the aisle while youre at the end of the aisle and I asked if she had a plastic tote that I saw online, she says if you dont see the tote we dont have it well where do you keep your plastic totes I asked her and shes goes there cant you see them well excuse me for a living !!!! Its not the first time Ive dealt with her, nobodys happy at that store plus I really like the store because I do a lot of crafty stuff and they have a nice selection of diecasts but oh my God, I can pick up small diecasts for $ 5 bucks hobby lobby sells the same car for $3 to $5 more just dont get it . I really like the store but if the prices start coming down and attitudes dont change Ill do my shopping elsewhere

Disappointed

Im the third ((old black elderly lady )) with my husband that they made fun of me coming in hobby lobby store 1-1-2022.Third person behind the second person behind those young folks they told them to move over across the other cashier but they lied to the worker about sending those young folk there & back and then sent them back to beginning with.We were taught better manners by our parents.I know few of them employees names.Surveys will be done.

I paid for a candle that I didn't get but her video she said showed it being put in bag. But I never got it 7.99 at half off was too much to satisfy me the customer I spent 200.00 and I do A lot of shopping with you. But now I'm not sure if I will continue. Thank you Rhonda Smith

Cracked Driftwood Frame

Framed large painting in a driftwood frame. Noticed a crack in wood inconsistent with rest of frame. Was told "driftwood is imperfect"; however, I am fairly certain the wood was NOT collected on the beach. Very disappointed with quality & Cust. Svce in Jax., FL store on Old St. Aug Road.

I was charged incorrectly for a few items I had purchased. The cashier typed in the price for the item rather than scanning anything. Not sure if that would show the sales price, but seems like it would be more accurate? She kept looking at a sales ad to see what was on sale, but didnt give me the 50% off of scrapbook paper and only gave me 50% off 3 items that were supposed to be 75% off instead due to it being fall clearance items. The cashiers should be more aware of the sales items in the store they work at. As a preschool teacher, I purchase a lot of supplies for my class and cant afford to be paying extra when I shouldnt have to. I will be shopping at Michaels craft store instead.

I am currently in store 818 in liberty mo and since I have been here I have been followed literally row to row aisle to aisle by an employee. It has gotten to the point that I have literally asked her name and called corporate. This is the second time I've even been in this store and it will be my last. And guess what ...here she is again. YOU BETTER BELIEVE I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW AND A COMPLAINT !!!!! I am talking about the St.

Cloud, MN Hobby Lobby store. A few months back, my wife was being accused of stealing by the manager Ryan DeVos, which wasn't the case at all. She was doing some projects and didn't want me to see it until it was done. So she hid the items under her purse, but that didn't matter to Mr.

DeVos. He was sure he say her doing something else. Well, since then, every time we enter this particular store, Mr. DeVos loudly announces to the cashiers that this is the women that likes to put things in her purse.

Even loud enough that customers could hear this.. Plus now he has taken the time to follow us through out the store, while making rude comments to my wife. Some of the comments have to do with her hearing aids, she wears BAHA hear aids (bone-anchored-hearing-aid), which are exposed, so he would act as if he was deaf, very childish. All this is making my wife feel very uneasy and vulnerable.

He has even taken the steps to follow us out side the store and he would copy down our license plate number. All of this because of what he thinks or what he thought he saw her doing. The actions of this manager is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed at corporate level, so they can take action against him and for what he is doing to customers, because we're sure that we're not the only one's he is doing this to. If Mr.

DeVos is not reprimanded and removed from this position, Then we will seek and Attorney and bring charges against Mr. DeVos and Hobby Lobby for false accusations, verbal abuse, public humiliation, slander and harassment of a vulnerable adult.

After the way we have been treated at Hobby Lobby, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Mr. DeVos, I don't know how you ever got this position, But you defiantly don't deserve it and if this is how a Christion acts in public, then I am glad we don't attend your church!!

Bring Hobby Lobby to Southbury, CT

We desperately need Hobby Lobby in Southbury and there is the PERFECT location in the Southbury Plaza!!!! It has plenty of parking and your store would get so much business. The closest one is in Milford/Orange, CT and that's just too far!! Please come to Southbury!!!

Merchandise country of origin

I was shopping for a basket or tub and noticed that every item was manufactured in China. While this process may save the customer money and provide more profit for the company, it does not benefit the economy of the USA. I always thought that Hobby Lobby was a pro-American company with high Christian values, but I see that was just a smokescreen. As I perused your merchandise, I finally found items not made in China. They were made in India. I believe that Walmart actually carries a wider selection of Made in America. I found a tub not made in China at Michael's and purchased it.

They will deduct the max discount on any items returned without a receipt even if it’s not been on sale in the last 60 days and when asked to see the actual sale listing they claim to not have access

Ridiculous and if we took from them the way they take from us wed go to jail. Its no different than theft but with a corporate name for a defense. This store is corrupt and should be audited to see the amount of money theyve scammed shoppers out of by manually entering the maximum mark down on returns with no receipt that have never been marked down before. Its illegal and a lie to say they dont have access to prove such sale ever existed but know 40% should manually be deducted. UNACCEPTABLE. Lies, theft &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; discrimination is what this store is built on.

When you do not have a receipt, most places only refund lowest price within last 90 days. All your fault.

I agree. This child should gave asked their parents about this before posting. They would explain this no receipt and you get the lowest price thing.

Handicapped

You need to have electric scooters for the handicap. So many need scooters to shop. I have called and Im sure others have also,but nothing has been done about th8s situation. This is sad.

Bad customer service

Store at 6104 West Reno-OKC. When I went to check out, it appeared that all the registers were closed. I asked 1 employee (Paola G) who said she would check me out on registar 4. The only other thing she said to me was the total of the sale. Put my stuff in a sack and walked away. Terrible customer service!!!

Hobby Lobby has not contacted me.

Hobby Lobby would not exchange or give refund on sewing machine that did not work plus some of the accessories were missing. I contacted the within an hour after purchase.
