Wow I went into hobby lobby today n there was only one individual that I know that nice there but the rest of people are so rude then I called customer service n they were horrible as well

Same thing happen to me but it was for far less a $40 purchase turned into $27 then card was no good they use loss prevention to scam customers for an excuse!!

Chances are, there is suspicion of your returned merchandise being stolen. Loss prevention will deactivate an exchange card if evidence is brought to them showing theft.
