I had to call twice to reach someone while other customers were placing their orders at the same time with some of the same things I wanted. It consumed my morning until I FINALLY was able to talk to a human being. I left my number with the first call. No one ever called me back. It was VERY FRUSTRATING!!! It was finally resolved, but it took a lot of time and determination on my part.

He was really nice, but had to get more deep information and he said he would have to return the call. Which he followed back the next day. But, he was not sure if when he would have a answer for the shipment arriving but he would call me back later. But I did not have time I’m assuming that he will call me back tomorrow hopefully
