Bought a x-mass tree 2 years ago. After decorating it this year the lights went out.

Called the store & we’re revered to the manufacturer. They sent replacement lights quickly BUT we were expected to dismantle the tree, remove the malfunctioning lights & rewire wither the new one. Seriously, that represents hours of labor right before x-mass. So, here we sit with an unlit tree!!!

Not acceptable. At a minimum the entire tree should’ve been replaced & even then we would face the hours required to transfer decorations. Efforts to speak with a manager at the Ray Rd.

Store in ahwatuki, AZ. They’ve lost our business for sure
