Hobby Lobby - Employees including management need to be trained
Hobby Lobby has great products and such poor service.One must wait in line for a minimum of 30 minutes as there are only 2 lines open.
Management at Hulen in Ft Worth came to answer phone, sees the long lines and totally ignores them. Another associate randomly picks people out of line to help and ignores the rest who are angry for the ridiculous waits. I won't shop in a store but rather on line. Higher management must not care about these reviews as there are too many to ignore and yet they do.
Why have people who stand around and watch the long lines--this person is a total waste.Management needs to be crossed train to do something other than stand around and watch poor service at it's best.
