We took a picture to be framed and matted, its os not centered, they didn't make size we wanted so it is too big.Manage claimed he would leave note for framer to fix, bever never did he also promosed to compensate for the inconvenience since we live an hour away and would have to come back.

He never did that and then when it was picked up it still isn't right and no compensation. Corporate said we should be happy that we weren't charged to fix THEIR mistakes. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of morals by their employees.

They were rude to my mother, and now are refusing to answer my emails or calls.To us almost $100 on framing and matting is a lot of money, obviously not to them.
