I used to be a loyal customer. My trust has been crushed. I had 2 employees lie to me in one day in Rapid City, SD store!! The first one broke my lamp and lied about it when confronted by another employee. And the manager Mark or Mike gave me another option, then went back on his word and wouldnt follow through with it. I left with no lamp and no replacement
