I REALLY want to work at Hobby Lobby, but on their online application, you can't get past the first screen without giving them your birthday!WTH?

WHY is that relevant? I realize they need to ask if you're over 16, but to ask for your complete birthday is totally ridiculous and, in my opinion, shows they obviously are not above age discrimination!

Where is the "biblical" value in that?

Shame on you Hobby Lobby! You should NOT have that information required UNTIL you hire someone!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of how i was treated. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "really want to work for you" of hobby lobby careers. Hobby Lobby needs to "nothing can be done, i'm sure" according to poster's claims.

Well I'm not sure what Biblical value has to do with your age when it comes to working, also last i knew you can only do applications in store and not online. But I've had to fill out online applications that make you fill out your complete birthday, its probably just their way of making sure of your age. Not necessarily age discrimination.

The only problem with this post is the fact the applications are done in store. You can not apply online. Hobby Lobby is old school like that.
