Staff likes to mess with patrons by calling out codes excessively, act like they are calling cops etc... I have walked around the entire store and nothing was happening, and certainly not at the registers.

They have done this for years at several locations with no due cause. Staff acts hateful to clientele, as well as some patrons here in Aurora Co. Alameda location. So much for a nice Christian store.

I also find it abominable that they carry more Halloween stuff than Jewish holiday items, not very Christian like of you all ! I did introduce myself to the young female manager named Andrea, in regards to an item, but did not bother to bring up this other issue, since all the mgrs ever do is to make up *** excuses why it is ok for staff to play with the intercom system.

Product or Service Mentioned: Hobby Lobby Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Product purchased.

I didn't like: Staff bad attitude and bad behavior.

Those codes make it easier and simpler for the other employees to know exactly what is needed and by who. It is not by any means to mess with customers.
