An Item was mismarked.. i take it the counter and i am treated by the associate and the manager as if i did it...
the manager made the comment " everyone wants a deal " ...
then proceeded to ask could i pay the correct price... this is supposed to be a christian based company i do not feel customers should ve treated like this especially over a item mismarked my 2.00

Two questions... If you knew it was mismarked, why are you upset?
And as a christian, if it wasn't noted, should you not understand there was an error and buck up?
I have to wonder why in this day and age customers don't understand mistakes are made? Mostly, it is our sons and daughters, parents working in these establishments for minimum wage, but you want to be treated like a god.
Hey! They are supposed to give the price that is labeled on the tag to the customer.
The customer is ALWAYS right.. Christian or not.. why would you even bring that part up? Christians arent supposed to make people feel bad and if the customer is Christian, she isn't allowed to get a deal?
Why not? She didn't make the mistake and yes people make mistakes..
but they're supposed to own up to them whether it was one or not, they should give her the lowsy 2 bucks off. I'm a Christian btw ;)
No they don't have to give it at the price that it is marked...they don't have scanners or use barcodes to ring up items so the rules are different
