Why doesn't hobby lobby have motorized shopping carts.? I live in whitfier California and love hobby lobby but I cant shop there anymore.

I can afford q scooter but amenable to take it out of my car. I think its discriminating.so sad.

Help making an order

Could not make a purchase online. Called customer service who could not give me an explanation nor could they help me make an online purchase. Stated that my card had to go through a review process and that would take 24 hours! No explanation and no help. Not a very good customer relations policy.

User's recommendation: Store looks good, but check out super slow and customer service online not helpful. Very sorry to experience this because I live in an isolated area. Next time, I will drive farther to another craft store.

Yesterday I went to my local hobby lobby to seek assistance in having a repair on a custom item. I was told to take it back where the work was do because they get the money off it. Sorry was all I got. What if I was from our of state just moved? So upset I have shopped this brand because of their Christian beliefs. Very disappointed.

I purchased outdoor rugs which are falling apart after about a month on outside deck. Customer service said I they could not take them back because it was over 90 days since I purchased them. They cost me 64.78 and all I can do is throw them away!

Had a sales person talk me into getting a lot more yarn than I needed said if I didn't use it I could bring it back for full refund, now they are saying they discontinued it I paid 6.99 each and only wants to give me 10% back that's 70 cents a roll.I don't get it I wanted to exchange it for other yarn no money but refused me. So if to find another hint stir this is the third strick and your out of there

Customer service

I love Hobby Lobby but the customer service has not been good at our Hemet store. There were 2 registers open with about 10 people in line. There are 2 people standing at the front door saying have a good day. Not good. I believe 1 of those people was a manager. She should have opened another register. She looks pretty with her long red nails but she is not doing any work. Also you allow non service dogs in your store? We saw a huge dog in the store and the lady could barely control the dog. If that dog bites someone that is a huge liability for the store. Not a happy customer Sad
