Same with me, too. Ordered 2 sets of baskets.

Only received one set. My credit card was charged.

Of course no one answering their “ customer service” number and no response to my email request to make this right. Very disappointed this self proclaimed Christian based company.

Manager!!!

The manager "Chris" is just so rude and unfriendly. He clearly sees that the lines are backed up and cashiers are struggling and he just doesn't offer any help. And why is there only ONE register where you can make returns?? It's ridiculous. Service is slow and employees act like you're putting them out if you ask them something. I'm wondering about the morale of working there? Must be low!!!

Missing merchandise not pleased

Extremely frustrated I order 150 charger plates, the order came quick opened the boxes to count them, seemed odd only 2 boxes. I only have a total of 30 for an event. And I cant get through to customer service. Ridiculous will be a first and last for me.

Our country has many beautiful people of all ethnicities, religions, genders, cultures, and communities, not just white Christian. But, unfortunately, Hobby Lobby has now become a clique where only a few Americans are welcomed.

Fraud! Ordered a gift card, it arrived with zero dollars on it!

I was charged for a gift card. When used at a store it had zero dollars on it. I called customer service &;;;;;;;;;;;; they gave me 3 wrong excuses over 6 phone calls: 1) It WAS Redeemed. 2) Card was used on line that very day. 3) I had canceled transaction & credit was given Replies: 1) it was not redeem. 2) it was not canceled by ME! 3) no credit received. Customer Service were no help at all. 3)

User's recommendation: Do NOT BUY GIFT CARDS, someone in corporate offices used my $25. not me.

Excessive trash in parking lot

Ive been to the Chico hobby lobby a few times this month and each time I go I have noticed excessive trash in the parking lot ...its getting worst and worst daily. I know a lot of homeless hang in that area but still, cant somebody that works in the store go out and pick the trash up every day... if it was cleaned up daily by an employee it would show some pride in their store. We spend a lot of money in there and I dont really appreciate driving up to a trash site before going into the store .

Profiled harassed

I come into the store in Everett Washington to check for sports cards and today a lady followed me and approached me when i was turning around to leave after i seen there werent any in stock and mind you Ive shopped here over 20 times and paid for my stuff every time! Its sickening i cant even go into a store to check if they have something i want in stock. She can go and kick rocks old *** *** They should pay attention to actual thiefs more than once. But instead they chase away a good customer.

The Lawsuit

Just found out that Hobby Lobby filed and won a case against birth control and contraception. It angers me. As a woman, my periods ARE *** PAINFUL, to the point where I physically cannot move or do anything. And birth control helps eliminate the pain. As a gallery and professional artist, I'm hereby declaring that I WILL NO LONGER buy my canvases from Hobby Lobby.

Ridiculous hours

At the Redding, Ca location , apparently the first hour of business is reserved for customers over 60 and this is everyday you are open. This is discrimination telling people who are under 60 that we can not shop there the first hour. Maybe you should rethink this and have done day a week the first hour for anyone over 60 . At this point until something is change myself and everyone I know will be taking business to the other two craft stores in town.

Called me a liar!

We purchased an led candle that was broken, we tried to return it but because we didn't have the sticker on it, they said it wasn't theirs. So they refused to exchange the candle. Tried to show them the receipt but they still said it was their product. They called me a liar in front of a store full of people.

What does your race have to do with anything. Unless YOU YOURSELF think that biracial people are thieves. It seems like you are ashamed of your own race. That is why you are suspecting discrimination.

I ask if this woman were biracial would you still call it discrimination I doubt it. Also I doubt that you go to medical school. You do not even know how to properly use the contraction I've. It is I've not Ive.

Same with I'm. It is not Im, its I'm. As for racial discrimination, the only one that thinks badly of your race is you. Honestly she should you for defaming her character because there is no proof that it has to do with our race.

Maybe you think that your race is full of thieves which is why you came to this conclusion, but they do not.

You did not need to mention your race. You are not a medical professional because you make spelling error that you should learn in second grade.

New customer service policies. Those employees working that day need to be reprimanded!! This was totally uncalled for and racist. I work hard and deserve to be treated with respect like everyone else!

An item I ordered was shipped incorrectly.

The representative I spoke to said that I will be receiving an email that I will need to respond to with pictures of the item and of the damage to the item. She also assured me that the correct item would be shipped out immediately. She was very kind of very professional.

Discontinued 40% app

No, I have not heard from Hobby Lobby regarding this complaint. I was saddened that they felt the need to discontinue this 40% discount during such terrible financial times for people Shame on them.

Online Delivery Has Yet to Arrive

I placed an order online, and Hobby Lobby claims it was shipped in February. By March 12, the order still has not arrived, and is supposed to be in transit. By their own confirmation, it should take 2 days to process the order and up to 7 days in shipping. They have really missed this target. All of this after paying an additional shipping fee. Poor service, I will not do this again.
