Hobby Lobby - Non-recognition of black history month.
Since February is known as black history month, I went to one of the few stores that carry fabric looking for kente print fabric to make scarves for my choir. I learned that the store did not have any and would not be getting any such material. I noticed that the store was observing Valentine’s Day in February only.
Hobby Lobby in Dickson City, Pennsylvania - Cashier named Margaret
I was attempting to obtain the store coupon but I couldn't get online. Margaret , the cashier said you have to leave the store a lot to get online. I replied that is is not good. So I said I have to leave the line go outside and attempt to get online., she said yes. II said if this happens often then paper coupons should be used , she curtly and abruptly replied "that's the way it is". The foundation of the store is christian. Well not it appears with their employees.
Hobby Lobby - HORRIBLE CHECKOUTS!
TWELVE people in each line waiting to checkout is the norm. People leave carts with their would-be purchases in carts and WALK OUT with frustration! VERY poor management planning for peak times like one hour after opening on Monday morning following Thanksgiving (closed Sundays too!). Ridiculous. WHO has that time to waste for such purchases when JoAnn's or Michael's are just down the street? Get in the "wrong line" and one has really had it! Make one line for next come, next serve is just the START of what needs to be done to SERVE US, NOT yourselves!!!!!!!!

Hobby Lobby in Phoenix, Arizona - Long Wait!!
One register open with a woman with over 100 small items and 14 people behind her. Finally a customer asked for second casheir...then over 7 people in each line. Chashiers moved slowly and then unmarked item held us all up as they discussed which code to use to call for help! East Bell Rd , PHX,AZ

Hobby Lobby - Why would you sell something online that is out of stock?
I ordered an item, waited for 3 days for it to ship. Got the notification that it had shipped, then got an email stating they didn’t actually have one of the items I ordered. Why didn’t it say “out of stock”?! I’m so bummed.. it was the item I wanted most.. plus they don’t have a waitlist for backorders. SO IRRITATED. Definitely makes me hesitant to shop online here.
