Hobby Lobby - Customer service training needed

For some reason the female employees at the Hobby Lobby at Bell and 8th Street have the worse attitude then any craft store I have ever been in. Maybe it reflects the management there. For a so called faith based company the employees generally are grouchy and contentious and are in serious need of customer service training. This was not a one time incident either. The employees are arrogant.
